Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
